Founded in 1996, Gillies Group Limited has played a key role in developing over 1,500 sections throughout the Wellington region. From large-scale subdivisions to individual homes, our work has helped define local growth.

Led by inspirational founder Malcolm Gillies, the business is built on strong values and practical experience in both land development and construction.

Malcolm is passionate about bringing revenue back into Upper Hutt; his large scale commercial developments have altered the community for the better, they hire locally and give back to the community with the intention of stimulating the local economy
